BMI is your weight relative to height, not a population average. It cannot separate muscle from fat. Adding a waist measurement does not change BMI.
Body-related results are formula-based estimates, not a diagnosis or a personalized prescription.

BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)². Optional waist-to-height ratio = waist (cm) / height (cm). The ratio is separate from BMI and is not a health classification.
- Weight (kg)
- Enter your weight in light clothing. Decimals such as 65.5 are accepted.
- Height (cm)
- Use your height without shoes. For 1 m 75 cm, enter 175.
- Also check your waist measurement?
- If you have a tape measure, add your waist to see its size relative to your height.
- Waist circumference (cm)
- Measure around the midpoint between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone. Use a tape measure, not a clothing size.
